الجدعان يترأس وفد المملكة في الاجتماع الـ(121) للجنة التعاون المالي والاقتصادي لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي
ترأس معالي وزير المالية الأستاذ محمد بن عبدالله الجدعان، اليوم 22 ذو القعدة 1445هـ الموافق 30 مايو 2024م، وفد المملكة المُشارك في الاجتماع الـ(121) للجنة التعاون المالي والاقتصادي التابعة لمجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية، والذي استضافته العاصمة القطرية الدوحة.
وقد عُقد الاجتماع برئاسة وزير المالية القطري سعادة الأستاذ علي بن أحمد الكواري، ومشاركة أصحاب المعالي وزراء المالية بدول المجلس، ومعالي الأمين العام لمجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية.
واستعرض المشاركون خلال الاجتماع، عدداً من الموضوعات المتعلقة بتعزيز التعاون المالي والاقتصادي بين دول المجلس، كما اطلعت اللجنة على التوصيات المرفوعة لها من لجنة الوكلاء، وإلى المستجدات التي يتم متابعتها من قِبل الأمانة العامة.
وسلّط المشاركون الضوء على ما توصلت إليه هيئة الاتحاد الجمركي في تفعيل عملها ومنحها الصلاحيات اللازمة للقيام بمهامها، وفق أفضل الممارسات التي تدعم استكمال متطلبات الاتحاد الجمركي.

Saudi Minister of Finance Heads Kingdom’s Delegation
at 121st Meeting of GCC Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee
His Excellency the Saudi Minister of Finance, Mr. Mohammed Aljadaan, headed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s delegation participating in the 121st meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council(GCC) Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee, held today, May 30, 2024, in Doha, Qatar.
The meeting was chaired by the Qatari Minister of Finance, His Excellency Mr. Ali Al-Kuwari, in the presence of Their Excellenciesthe Ministers of Finance of GCC nations, as well as the Secretary-General of the GCC.
The participants discussed key issues related to strengthening financial and economic cooperation between the GCC nations, while the Committee was informed of the recommendations from the GCC Undersecretaries of Ministries of Finance Committee, as well as thelatest developments from the Secretariat General.
The findings of the GCC Customs Union Authority were also discussed regarding optimization of its work and ways to empower it to carry out its functions, in accordance with best practices that fulfill the requirements of the Authority.
