Nissan Saudi Arabia Hosts Annual Parts Wholesale Awards Ceremony
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (August 22, 2022) – For the fourth consecutive year, Nissan Saudi Arabia celebrated the spectacular efforts of its Parts Wholesale partners who continue to succeed in providing genuine parts for customers across the Kingdom. The event was held in Hilton Hotel and attended by Nissan KSA executives, Petromin Nissan Executives, Nissan’s Authorized dealer in the Kingdom, and Nissan’s Genuine Parts Wholesalers. This ceremony takes place annually to recognize the parts wholesalers’ diligence throughout the year in providing genuine parts and ensuring high quality of service for customers in line with Nissan’s standards. The best performing partners in success are awarded Nissan vehicles and other valuable prizes.
Nissan KSA’s Managing Director, Adib Takieddine, delivered the opening speech at the ceremony followed by Nissan KSA’s Aftersales Director Ahmad Taha. Petromin Nissan’s leadership team, including Terence Byrne, Managing Director and Manuel Boucas, Director of Parts Operations, also expressed their gratitude to the genuine parts wholesalers for their collaboration and successful efforts throughout the year.
The attendees of the event got a glimpse of Nissan KSA’s substantial growth across the Kingdom and their achievements with regards to the company’s aftersales and wholesales operations. The winners of the program were then announced and selected in accordance with a six-month performance evaluation based on a set of Nissan KSA key performance indicators (KPI’s).
Adib Takieddine, Managing Director of Nissan KSA, addressed the attendees, saying: “Our genuine parts wholesale partners constitute a fundamental pillar of our business in Saudi Arabia. The outstanding results that we have achieved this year are a testament to our ability to work together and collaborate as one team. Nissan KSA’s customer-centric approach extends to our partners in success and that is reflected in the consistency of high customer satisfaction levels over the years”.
Terence Byrne, Managing Director at Petromin Nissan also commented at the event, saying: “Our objective has always been to continually grow and exceed expectations year after year, and with the constant support and contribution of our partners and parts wholesalers, we will undoubtedly achieve more milestones together. The Petromin Nissan network in KSA will continue to expand, with the aim of becoming increasingly closer to our customers, as well as continuously improving our genuine parts availability and logistics to better serve our partners and valued customers.”
In the highest category A+, Al Khalaifi Company from Riyadh took top honors, winning an MY22 Nissan Patrol Platinum City. Salim Bin Afif Est. from Jeddah came in second place and was awarded an MY22 Nissan Patrol Super Safari. In category A, Store Foundations from Riyadh came in first followed by the Jeddah-based Al Reyada Al Arabiya Est. in second place. Mohammed Balkhair Est. from Riyadh took first place in the second category followed by Original Parts Corner Est. from Riyadh in second place. As for the third category, Wadi Ohud from Madinah came in the first place, followed by Khalid Batais Est from Qassim. The awards and categories were all determined based on the previous 6 month of business KPI’s defined in the competition.

This year, Nissan KSA’s parts wholesale ceremony brought together 40 local businesses who participated in the program from all around the Kingdom. Through this annual ceremony, Nissan KSA seeks to strengthen its long-lasting relationship with its partners in success by recognizing and commending the efforts of the genuine parts wholesalers in continuously serving Nissan customers to the highest quality standards alongside Petromin Nissan with their extensive network coverage across the Kingdom.
