Radisson Collection Residences, Riyadh announces the opening of Emily’s Brasserie, a new restaurant serving European and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine alongside Middle Eastern favorites. Opening to the public from 31st of August 2026, the restaurant is located on the 18th floor, the restaurant combines all-day dining with panoramic views across Riyadh, taking guests from relaxed mornings and leisurely afternoons to vibrant evenings overlooking the city.

Emily’s Brasserie is one of two international dining concepts at Radisson Collection Residences, Riyadh, alongside Obi Urban Sushi, opening later in September. Both restaurants operate under Venture Group’s franchise brand, a globally recognized hospitality group known for bringing world-class dining experiences to the region.

The all-day menu reflects a blend of European and Mediterranean influences with familiar Middle Eastern flavors, prepared using quality ingredients and presented with refined touches. Among its signature dishes are Spaghetti al Ragu, Wagyu Filet, Lamb Chops, Grilled Seabass and Linguini al Pesto, followed by Emily’s Special Tarts, Desert Selections and Mocktails, available in a selection of flavors.
