Equity Celebrates Second Anniversary with AED 5 Billion in Property Sales and Plans for International Expansion

Equity, one of Dubai’s leading luxury real estate brokerages, is celebrating its second anniversary with more than AED 5 billion in property sales, a team of over 100 experienced brokers and staff, and continued expansion across some of Dubai’s most competitive real estate segments.
Founded in 2024 by Emrah Yar, Equity has grown from a standing start into a recognised name in Dubai’s real estate market. Located in the prestigious Boulevard Plaza, Tower 2, in Downtown Dubai, the company’s premium office reflects its positioning within one of the city’s most prominent business and lifestyle destinations. Over the past two years, the company has more than doubled the size of its office to accommodate its rapidly growing team, reflecting the continued demand for its client-focused approach and market expertise.
The company’s sales performance has included several significant transactions across Dubai’s residential and commercial property sectors. Among its key milestones was the record-breaking sale of the full Eden House The Park building in Al Wasl, closed by founder and CEO Emrah Yar, alongside a record commercial price-per-square-foot transaction at Boulevard Plaza Tower 2.
Equity has also established a particularly strong presence in Downtown Dubai and Business Bay, where the company has transacted more than AED 1.5 billion in property sales.
Commenting on the milestone, Emrah Yar, Founder & CEO of Equity, said: “I built Equity on one thing above all: the best service. Everything we’ve achieved in two years, the sales, the recognition, the people who’ve chosen to build their careers here, comes back to that. And we’re only getting started.”
The company’s rapid growth has also been recognised by the UAE’s leading property platforms. Over the past two years, Equity has received several industry accolades, including Newcomer of the Year from Bayut, Rising Star from Property Finder, and Outstanding Newcomer – Agency of the Year from Dubizzle.
A key part of Equity’s success has been its ability to attract experienced and highly recognised property professionals with deep knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market. The company’s growing team includes Emre Yar, Dylan Ferguson, Josh Packer, Rhiannon Moss, Victor Lupson, Elizabeth Clapp and Lee Weston, among other established brokers and industry specialists.
Equity has also built a growing digital presence through its brokers, with several members of the team developing sizeable personal audiences and establishing themselves as influential voices within Dubai’s real estate community. Dylan Ferguson has amassed a following of 46,000 Instagram followers since joining with Equity, while Josh Packer has gained more than 20,000 Instagram followers, further extending Equity’s reach among property buyers, investors and industry audiences. The company’s growth comes at a time when Dubai continues to strengthen its position as one of the world’s leading real estate markets. Equity has benefited from sustained demand across luxury residential, commercial and off-plan property, while maintaining a strong focus on personalised service and expert market advice.
Over the past two years, the company has continued to build its reputation around experienced professionals, strong market relationships and a service-led approach designed to support clients throughout the property journey. Its growth in both transaction volumes and team size reflects the strength of this strategy.
Looking ahead, Equity is preparing for international expansion, with plans to take its expertise and service-led model into international markets in the near future.
As the company enters its third year, Equity remains focused on strengthening its position in Dubai while building the foundations for its next phase of growth. With a growing team, an expanding client base and more than AED 5 billion in completed property sales, the company is positioning itself for continued growth both within the UAE and internationally.
