Nada Bachir Abdallah, Head of Communications and strategic communications leader behind some of the most prominent cultural platforms, has been recognised among the Top 100 Women Leaders in the Middle East at the 7th Edition Middle East Women Leaders Summit & Awards 2026, held on February 2nd at the Sheraton Hotel, Riyadh. In a separate recognition, she was also named among the Top 100 Business Leaders in KSA, underscoring her influence across both cultural and business leadership landscapes.

In addition to being named among the Top 100, Nada received the distinguished “Leaving Behind a Footprint” Award, a special honour presented to women whose contributions have delivered lasting, transformative impact across their industries and communities in the region. The awards are jury judged, based on rigorous evaluation criteria including Leadership and Influence, Innovation and Impact, Professional Recognition, Commitment to Empowering Others, and Contribution to Social Responsibility.

“This recognition is deeply meaningful to me, not only as a professional milestone, but as a reflection of the values I was raised with,” said Abdallah. “My mother taught me that leadership is not about position, but about integrity, resilience, and how you uplift others along the way. I dedicate this honour to her, and to every woman who leads with purpose, even when the path is not easy.

This achievement reflects far more than individual success. It represents the collective work of extraordinary teams and partners who have helped shape cultural narratives on regional and global stages. I remain committed to championing purposeful leadership, advancing strategic communications at an international scale, and contributing to the evolving future of cultural engagement worldwide.”

Over the past five years, Abdallah has led integrated communications strategy across large-scale cultural and international platforms, steering cross-department teams within complex, high-visibility environments and contributing to strategic business positioning at institutional levels. As Head of Communications, she directed strategic positioning for flagship initiatives including Noor Riyadh and the Expo 2020 Dubai – UAE Pavilion, where she received formal recognition from H.E. Noura Al Kaabi, Minister of State for her contributions.

Her leadership combines narrative architecture, stakeholder alignment, and media strategy ensuring institutional coherence while expanding cultural initiatives onto regional and international stages. Under her communications leadership, initiatives have earned international recognition, underscoring the power of strategic positioning in strengthening cultural platforms on a global scale.

The Leaving Behind a Footprint distinction recognises leaders whose careers reflect enduring influence, women whose professional journeys are defined not only by results, but by the professional and human impact they leave behind.
