Juffali Automotive Launches Fourth Edition of the Mercedes-Benz Apprenticeship Program for Saudi Youth

 

Juffali Automotive Company, the authorized general distributor of Mercedes-Benz in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is proud to announce the launch of the fourth edition of the Mercedes-Benz Advanced Modern Apprenticeship Program, in collaboration with the Juffali Training Center. The fully sponsored two-year training initiative aims to attract and empower ambitious young Saudi talents aged 18–22 to become certified Passenger Car Technicians within the Mercedes-Benz dealer network across the Kingdom.

In its fourth successful year, the program continues to reflect Juffali Automotive’s deep commitment to empowering local talent through education, technical skills development, and long-term career opportunities in the luxury automotive sector. Backed by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF – “Hadaf”), the program forms part of the Kingdom’s broader effort to enhance youth employment in both the public and private sectors, while providing practical tools for human capital growth. It also aligns with Mercedes-Benz’s global focus on education, innovation, and sustainability in workforce development, making it a benchmark program in technical training and youth empowerment.

Through a unique “earn while you learn” model, participants gain both classroom-based knowledge and hands-on training at official Mercedes-Benz service centers in Riyadh and Jeddah. Graduates are guaranteed full-time employment within the network, equipped with the skills and qualifications to work with some of the most advanced automotive technologies in the world.

This initiative aligns closely with Saudi Vision 2030, and it reinforces our role in building national capabilities while raising the standard of automotive services in the Kingdom.”
