China Resources Group x HKSTP Launch “Beyond Dreams” – China Booster Propelling Innovation and Technology Enterprises Towards Accelerated Growth
China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (China Resources Group) and The Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) have co-launched the “Beyond Dreams” initiative, supported by a generous donation of HK$100 million from the CR Charitable Foundation, to nurture innovation and technology (I&T) talent. As part of their collaboration, both parties have announced the launch of the “China Booster” project, which capitalises on China Resources’ extensive industrial and business resources in both Hong Kong and the mainland of China in expanding their support base. This new initiative provides tailored acceleration programmes and support for global innovative technology companies, strengthening their market presence in both regions and enhancing the integration of their entrepreneurial ecosystems.
HKSTP’s inaugural Global Booster Programme delivered remarkable results in September of this year. Five innovative technology enterprises underwent a rigorous six-month training programme in Silicon Valley, where they explored opportunities in North American and other overseas markets. Supported by investors and partners, these enterprises achieved significant developmental milestones. Building on this success, HKSTP and China Resources Group have jointly launched the “Beyond Dreams” – China Booster project, marking a new chapter in the Global Booster Programme. This initiative fosters collaborative partnerships between high-potential innovative technology enterprises and supply chains in Hong Kong and mainland. By accelerating the commercialisation of their products, the project seeks to expand distribution networks in Hong Kong, mainland, and internationally. Enterprises interested in this opportunity are encouraged to apply, with six promising companies expected to be selected for the six-month programme starting next year.
Mr Chen Ying, Assistant General Manager of China Resources Group, Chairman of the Board of China Resources Enterprise, Dean of China Resources Research Institute of Science & Technology Co. Ltd. , said, “The “Beyond Dreams” – China Booster project is an important initiative that we have jointly planned with HKSTP. It aims to fully leverage China Resources’ industrial and business resources advantages to support high-potential startups in the Hong Kong Science Park as they successfully enter domestic and international markets. We hope that through this platform, we can help Hong Kong’s startups overcome market entry barriers and accelerate the implementation and development of innovative projects. Today, we gather here not only to celebrate the launch of a new project, but also to embark on a journey filled with hope and challenges together.”
Mr Albert Wong, CEO of HKSTP, said, “We are delighted to collaborate with China Resources Group to foster the development of I&T and to nurture a new generation of innovators in Hong Kong. The “Beyond Dreams”– China Booster project will enable us to tap into China Resources’ resources in mainland. Combined with the comprehensive support that HKSTP consistently provides to startups at different stages of their entrepreneurial journey, we are confident this will help them commercialise their innovative ideas, expand into mainland and global markets, and achieve long-term success.”

- Strengthening the Innovation and Technology Talent Pool
The “Beyond Dreams” project supports the cultivation of talent and the growth of the I&T ecosystem.
