Riyadh – Abdullah Al-Ghadeer
Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry, and Science for Moscow Region, Mr. Adeel Gantsov, commended the significant economic development taking place in Saudi Arabia’s construction sector.
He emphasized that the Kingdom has made remarkable strides in enhancing local production and implementing ambitious economic projects that reflect a promising future vision.
This statement was made in a press conference during his visit to the Saudi Building Exhibition at the Riyadh Conference Center.
Mr. Gantsov’s current visit to the Kingdom aims to strengthen economic relations and facilitate the exchange of expertise between the two countries.
Gantsov pointed out that Moscow Region, as one of the advanced industrial areas in Russia, sees great potential for cooperation with Saudi Arabia, especially in the rapidly growing building materials sector.
He highlighted that the Moscow Export Support Center is the official sponsor of this event.
The center’s main objectives include promoting and involving commercial entities in export activities, facilitating Moscow Region companies’ access to foreign markets for goods, services, and technology, and increasing the competitiveness and efficiency of enterprises.
He added, “We look forward to having our products be part of the major projects being carried out in the Kingdom, which will strengthen economic ties and open new avenues for collaboration between our two countries.”
Gantsov explained that the Foreign Economic Activity Support Fund for Moscow Region was established in 2016 to support exporters in the region.
The Moscow Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Science oversees the fund, coordinating measures to support and expand non-primary exports and is responsible for the region’s foreign economic activity.
