شارك معالي نائب وزير المالية الأستاذ عبدالمحسن بن سعد الخلف، في مؤتمر التمويل التنموي 2025م المنعقدة أعماله في مدينة الرياض.
وخلال مشاركته في جلسة “رسم خريطة تنويع الاقتصاد السعوديأكدمعالي الخلف أن رؤية السعودية 2030 ليست ردة فعل لظرف اقتصادي مؤقت، بل خيار إستراتيجي لإيجاد اقتصاد يخلق الفرص، ويجذب الاستثمار، ويبتكر حلولاً، ويحقق الاستدامة المالية
وبيّن أن الرؤية عملت على تمكين القطاع الخاص ليكون مساهم فاعل في خلق الوظائف ودعم النمو الاقتصادي، وذلك من خلال إجراء الإصلاحات الهيكلية والنظامية، وتعزيز أطر المنافسة، وتنفيذ مبادرات ريادة الأعمال.
وأضاف أن منظومة التنمية ومن ضمنها صندوق التنمية الوطني تعتبر أحد أهم الروافد للرؤية، فمنذ إطلاقها، تحوّل التمويل التنموي إلى نظام متسق وإستراتيجي يوجه رأس المال نحو المشاريع ذات أعلى عائد اقتصادي واجتماعي.
واختتم معالي نائب وزير المالية مشاركته بالتأكيد أن العامل الأكبر للارتفاع في الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في المملكة هو وضوح ومصداقية الرؤية، التي خلقت بيئة واقعية وغنية بالفرص للمستثمرين العالميين.
Saudi Vice Minister of Finance Participates in MOMENTUMDevelopment Finance Conference in Riyadh
Saudi Vice Minister of Finance, H.E. Mr. Abdulmuhsen Alkhalaf, participated in the 2025 “MOMENTUM” Development Finance Conference in Riyadh. During his participation in the session entitled “Mapping KSA’sEconomic Diversification” Vice Minister Alkhalaf stressed that Saudi Vision 2030 is not a reaction to a temporary economic circumstance, but rather a strategic choice to build an economy that creates opportunities, attracts investment, innovates solutions, and achieves financial sustainability.
He said that Saudi Vision 2030 has worked to empower the private sector to be an effective contributor to job creation and support economic growth, through structural and regulatory reforms, strengthened competition frameworks, and the implementation of entrepreneurship initiatives.
Vice Minister Alkhalaf added that the development system, including the National Development Fund, is one of the most important tributaries of the Vision, as since its launch, development financing has turned into a coherent and strategic system that directs capital towards projects with the highest economic and social returns.
He concluded by stressing that the biggest factor in the rise in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the Kingdom is the clarity and credibility of the Vision, which has created a realistic and opportunity-rich environment for global investors.
