 <\/strong>Regional AI powerhouse Mozn, a leader<\/p>\n\n\n\n

in enterprise artificial-intelligence technologies, has partnered with Saudi Arabia\u2019s Ministry of Health to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

leverage the power of Artificial Intelligence in pursuit of efficiency in medical operations, enhanced<\/p>\n\n\n\n

patient experiences, and optimum treatment outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agreement was formalized in a memorandum of understanding (MoU), signed between the two<\/p>\n\n\n\n

parties at the Global Health Exhibition, which was hosted in Riyadh from 29th to 31st October. A key<\/p>\n\n\n\n

area of focus for the collaboration will be the Ministry of Health\u2019s 937 service center, which fields calls<\/p>\n\n\n\n

from the kingdom\u2019s citizens and residents on a range of health matters, including 24\/7 medical<\/p>\n\n\n\n

consultations with trained physicians and the receipt and administration of complaints and feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mozn\u2019s specialists will work on the development of an AI solution that helps the center capitalize on its<\/p>\n\n\n\n

data and anticipate the future needs of callers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe 937 center excels at caring for the nation’s patients, efficiently connecting them with suitable<\/p>\n\n\n\n

doctors and valuing their feedback,\u201d said Dr. Mohammed Alhussein, Founder and CEO of Mozn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThrough this new MoU, we aim to leverage cutting-edge AI technology to assist the center’s decision<\/p>\n\n\n\n

makers in expanding operations. Our data scientists will analyze the center\u2019s data and funnel it through<\/p>\n\n\n\n

our AI model, allowing 937 officials to gain valuable insights that will be crucial to the center\u2019s overall<\/p>\n\n\n\n

development journey.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mozn has formed strong partnerships with government entities across the region, collaborating on use<\/p>\n\n\n\n

cases from fraud prevention to business intelligence. Its longstanding work with the Ministry of Health is<\/p>\n\n\n\n
