Zoho\nCorporation, a leading global technology company, announced today that the Zoho\nFinance Platform has achieved 70% year-over-year (YOY) revenue growth in the\nMEA region, supporting more than half a million businesses across more than 160\ncountries. The suite’s flagship accounting application, Zoho Books, has\nrecorded 80% growth in MEA and 60% in Bahrain in 2021.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Driving\nthe Platform’s growth is the global expansion of its cloud-based accounting\napplication, Zoho Books, which now supports 180 currencies, 17 languages, and\nis backed by a comprehensive global tax engine that solves country-specific tax\ncompliance challenges. The accounting application now supports 14 editions,\nincluding a global version. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Launched\nin 2011, Zoho Books is among the five highest grossing Zoho products both\nglobally and in the MEA region. The accounting application offers editions\nacross the globe, including the US, UK, Canada, India, Australia, UAE, Saudi\nArabia, Bahrain, and Oman. Zoho Books is a government recognised VAT-compliant\nsolution in UAE (FTA), and also VAT and\ne-invoicing-compliant solution in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (ZATCA).\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Zoho’s\nFinance Platform includes solutions for accounting, inventory management,\ntravel and expense management, and billing and subscription management. These\napplications are built on the same underlying platform, enabling instant\ninteroperability, seamless data flow, and unification across systems.\nTypically, businesses start using one of the finance products and then expand\ntheir usage to other applications within the suite. On average, customers using\nZoho Books for more than one year adopt at least two other applications within\nthe finance suite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Beyond\nproducts and the platform, businesses can benefit from the strength of the\necosystem. The finance platform comes with a growing network of payment\ngateways, banks, travel partners and shopping carts.
