The MoU\naims to enhance the Port\u2019s services by utilizing the latest world-class\ntechnologies and practices and automating all the logistics procedures within\nthe Port Community System. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The CEO of\nTABADUL, Mr. Majid bin Faleh Al-Otaibi stated: \u201cWe are proud to partner with\nKing Abdullah Port, the second fastest growing port in the world, as part of\nour strategy to contribute to the development of Saudi ports\u2019 services for\nbeneficiaries through the latest modern and emerging technologies. Through this\npartnership, we aspire to enhance Truck Management and Smart Gate Systems along\nwith billing and payment services through the latest Fintech applications. This\ncontributes to underpinning digital transformation, in accordance with Saudi\nVision 2030 objectives.\u201d&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">In his turn,\nJay New, CEO of King Abdullah Port, stressed the important role the MoU will\nplay in enhancing the level of services provided by the port, which is a\ngateway to a market of more than 400 million consumers across MENA and East\nAfrica, in addition to being ranked the most efficient container port in the\nworld according to the 2021 Container Ports Performance Index. &#8220;We are\npleased to sign this pivotal MoU with Tabadul, one of our national partners and\nthe leading provider of e-solutions in the Kingdom. Through this MoU, we aim to\nconnect our smart gate system with Tabadul\u2019s transport management system, which\nis integrated with primary government bodies, to seamlessly access valuable\nlogistics and supply chain data, thus accelerating the transit of goods and\nreducing delivery times significantly.
