Technal\u00ae\ufe0f is a pioneer provider of aluminum\nsystems for doors, windows, and facades in the KSA market with several\nexceptional and unique products and partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Robinson Sam, managing director at\nHydro Building Systems for the Middle East, India and Southeast Asia, said that\n&#8220;Technal\u00ae\ufe0f&#8221; announced the launch of its latest products \u201cHydro CIRCAL\u201d,\nin KSA today, the world\u2019s first near-zero Carbon aluminum made with 100 %\npost-consumer aluminum scrap for doors windows and facades. Sam added that \u201cHydro\nCIRCAL\u201d production with the use of post-consumer scrap significantly reduces\nthe CO2 footprint compared to pre-consumer\/process scrap as well as normal\nbauxite extraction and refinement, with no additional cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sam praised the Saudi Arabian\nbuilding development and construction progress, which shows that Saudi Arabia\nis proving its strong commitment to the achievement of the 2030 Agenda for\nSustainable Development by taking actions and innovative approaches towards its\ngreen initiative and the same can be seen on iconic project announcements such\nas the LINE project in NEOM and many such more, &nbsp;\u201cThis encouraged &#8220;Technal\u00ae\ufe0f&#8221; to\nlaunch its sixth conference to focus on sustainability and building envelopes\nto be part of the KSA interest in this vital issue and its Vision 2030\u201d said Robinson\nSam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For his part, Feras Farah, Sales Director\nfor Middle East, said the building and\nconstruction sector accounts for 39% of energy related CO2 emissions \u2013 In\naddition to reducing embodied carbon, modern aluminium facade technology with\nhigh performances reduces greatly the operational carbon emissions. &nbsp;The advanced technology provided by\n&#8220;Technal\u00ae\ufe0f&#8221; offers many innovative and dynamic solutions to the KSA\nmarket. Feras added that the most efficient way to reduce operational emissions\nis to offer performance products in order to optimize the energy consumption\nonce the building is used, the modern and efficient design of building\nenvelopes using the correct elements contributes to reducing energy bills by\nrates of up to 40-50%, the less energy is consumed, the less energy is\nproduced, the less emissions are generated. In addition &#8220;Technal\u00ae\ufe0f\u201d\nsolutions has other advantages of sound and dust proofing, distribution of\nnatural lighting, aesthetic and functional elements, and many more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Feras Farah expressed the confidence\nof the French brand &#8220;Technal\u00ae\ufe0f&#8221; in the KSA economy, saying that the\nmultinational company Hydro is moving in with investments and partnerships in\nthe coming period to keep pace with the steady growth in the KSA construction\nand development movement, especially in the upcoming giga projects in the\nKingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event witnessed a very\ninformative panel discussion on the Sustainability Trends in KSA and reflected\non the powerful sustainable actions the industry is gearing up to take on the\nhuge construction boom in the kingdom.
