After meeting the global requirements, Najm earned&nbsp; ISO 10002:2018 for managing customer\ncomplaints and increasing customer satisfaction and ISO 9001:2015&nbsp; for ensuring a quality management system from\nRICI Company Ltd., one of the largest certification bodies accredited by\nthe&nbsp; International Accreditation&nbsp;Service (IAS). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The certifications cement&nbsp;Najm&#8217;s\nposition as one of the leading companies in providing insurance services in the\nkingdom and the region and demonstrate Najm\u2019s ongoing commitment to delivering\nsuperb customer services and ensuring that its services meet customers&#8217; expectations\nin accordance with its strategy BASE, which prioritizes streamlining customer\nexperience through business integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Commenting on this\nmilestone, Dr.&nbsp;Mohammad AlSuliman, the&nbsp;CEO of Najm&nbsp;for Insurance\nServices said: \u201cAchieving these globally recognized certifications outlines our\nrigorous approach to providing great customer services according to the world\u2019s\nbest standards and defines our strategy, which aspires to develop the insurance\nsector in line with &nbsp;Saudi Vision 2030\u2019s\ngoals.
