Seeking to increase the\noperational efficiency of the Kingdom\u2019s ports and improve and accelerate the\nmanagement and clearance of shipments, Tabadul adopted the Truck Management\nSystem (TMS) project, a key contributor to NIDLP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new project lays the groundwork\nfor regulating the ports\u2019 capacity by utilizing bespoke technologies to book\nappointments, monitor and manage the movement of trucks, and link all relevant\ngovernment agencies and stakeholders as needed. This has contributed to\nreducing congestion and entry-exit procedures for trucks in ports, in addition\nto tracking and managing the movement of the truck fleet and organizing the\nwork of carriers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In parallel, Tabadul supports\nbusinesses in the logistics sector with innovative financial services that\ncomplement its logistics solutions. It has recently launched \u201cWthaq\u201d, the\nfirst-of-its-kind digital platform for automating bank guarantees in Saudi\nArabia and the region. The digital platform enables users to verify bank\nguarantees and issue them electronically through Saudi banks.
