The agreement aligns with Dur\u2019s strategy to provide modern, luxurious, and distinctive hospitality services that leverage the company\u2019s leading position in the Saudi hospitality sector and at the same time accommodates the rapid growth in the tourism and hospitality industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The\nSAR182 million investment involves the expansion and development of Rixos\nJeddah Resort, expected to be carried out over a duration of 18 months. The\nproject will restyle and enhance all facilities, including 174 rooms and 73 furnished\nresidential villas, two restaurants, a spa for men and women, ballrooms,&nbsp;meeting\nrooms, a beauty center, a fitness center, a water park for children, and several\nswimming pools. The resort will also feature vast green landscapes, sandy\nbeaches with breathtaking views, a marina, and a plaza overlooking the Red Sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Commenting on the\nmilestone, Sultan Bader Al-Otaibi,&nbsp;CEO of Dur Hospitality said, \u201cRixos\nResort is intended to meet the demands of the most discerning customers who\nseek bespoke hospitality experiences in a&nbsp;world&nbsp;of&nbsp;luxury,&nbsp;sophistication,\nand comfort in Jeddah,&nbsp;the&nbsp;Bride of the Red Sea.\u201d He also added that the\nupscale resort\u2019s transformation will embrace the overarching strategic shifts in\nthe Kingdom\u2019s hospitality sector aspiring to support a sustainable and\ninclusive&nbsp;tourism sector, thereby contributing to improving the quality of\nlife as outlined in Saudi Vision 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">It is\nworth noting that Dur Hospitality and Accor have recently signed an agreement to\ndevelop and manage the first Rixos property in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Riyadh Dur Hospitality has announced signing an agreement with \u00a0Al Murshid Contracting Group for developing Rixos Jeddah Resort.
