This,\nthe Chestertons\u2019 team point out, is indicative of the strength of the Dubai\nproperty market currently. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">These insights point to high demand for luxury\nproperties that come with world-class community amenities, including\nhealthcare, education and sports facilities, parks, cycling tracks, jogging\npaths, and healthy-eating restaurants. For example, a recent market review\nreport found that proximity to quality schools and access to healthcare and\ngreen spaces were at the top of home buyers\u2019 location criteria<a href=\"#_ftn1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HEALTH &amp; WELLNESS TO SHAPE THE FUTURE OF REAL\nESTATE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">As Dubai\u2019s reputation as a global hub for business and\ntourism continues to grow, so too does its ability to cater to the\never-developing demands of home buyers and property investors. Moreover, the\ncity\u2019s property prices remain relatively affordable compared to other major\ninternational markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">In 2021, Dubai\u2019s 2040 Urban Master Plan was launched,\nmapping out an extensive strategy for sustainable urban development in the\nemirate.
