Jeddah, KSA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Hyundai Motor Company Africa and Middle East HQ, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Hyundai Motor General Distributors Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors Co, Al-Wallan Trading Company, and Almajdouie Automotive Company, announced a partnership with The Saudi Food Bank (Etaam) and Dar Al Hekma University, in addition to Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal Universities, to deliver food packages to recipients in different area in The Kingdom. The initiative is a continuous campaign that will begin in the month of Ramadan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The initiative underscores Hyundai Motor\nCompany\u2019s social responsibility as a mobility and sustainability solution\nprovider, the three Hyundai distributors partners in KSA will in partnership\nThe Saudi Food Bank (Etaam), a reputable NGO dedicated to humanitarian work in\nthe Kingdom, and with volunteer students from the two Universities assisting in\nthe food packaging, the campaign aims reach 1500 beneficiaries facing economic\nhardshipsin urban and rural areas in\nKSA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWe at Hyundai Motor are conscious of the\nresponsibility to leave a positive impact on people\u2019s lives, especially the\npeople who have undergone difficult circumstances due to the recent uncertainty\nthe world witnessed,\u201d said Hyoung Jung Im, Vice President of Hyundai Motor\nCompany. \u201cThe initiative highlights our commitment to this responsibility. By\nutilizing our mobility solutions to create a spirit of unity and solidarity, we\ncan give back to the people during the month of giving.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n On their part, The Saudi Food bank\nexpressed keenness to enhance cooperation with strategic partners in\nimplementing charitable and humanitarian initiatives, represented in the\n\u201cHyundai Continue\u201d charity campaign, within the framework of its social role\nand responsibility towards society, and based on its belief in the importance\nof works that would provide necessary assistance to target groups of low-income\nfamilies, orphans and widows, with the aim of improving their living\nconditions, especially in the holy month of Ramadan, ensuring food security and\nmeets their needs throughout the year, noting that all charitable initiatives\nreflect the noble human meanings, spread the values of goodness, and embody the\nspirit of love, It also urges them to build a solid bridge with the needy and\nextend a helping hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Both Dar Al Hekma & Imam Abdulrahman\nbin Faisal Universities will be a strategic partner in the campaign by\nproviding students who will help in packaging the food boxes, Additionally,\nHyundai Motor Company and the three KSA distributors will donate the contents of\nfood boxes as well as provide mobility by way of donating a fleet of 3 Hyundai\nSTARIA Vans, which will carry the volunteers & the packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Through this campaign, Hyundai Motor\nCompany is also fulfilling its commitment to sustainability by reducing its\nenvironmental footprint through the use of sustainable packaging directly from\nthe food suppliers and providing efficient transportation needs.
