Zain KSA and Al Rajhi Bank signed an\nagreement through which Zain KSA will leverage its technological expertise and\nhuman capabilities to upgrade the communication services and expand\nconnectivity of Al Rajhi Bank\u2019s systems which includes branches, ATM network\nand monitoring systems. This will rely on the pioneering technologies provided\nover Zain KSA\u2019s world-class infrastructure, including its renowned 5G network.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The agreement was announced during the\nglobal tech event LEAP, which comes to confirm Zain KSA\u2019s endorsement of the\nconference\u2019s objectives, as well as its commitment to supporting the strategy\nof the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and the\nSaudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP). Zain KSA\u2019s\nparticipation in LEAP also confirms the company\u2019s alignment with the goals of\nthe Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), mainly in achieving financial inclusion and\ndeveloping the financial technology (FinTech) sector, which contributes to\nimproving the customer experience through ensuring that electronic transactions\nare conducted with high reliability and promoting overall digital\ntransformation in the financial sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The agreement was signed by Zain KSA\u2019s\nChief Business and Wholesale Officer Eng. Saad bin Abdulrahman Al-Sadhan and\nActing Chief Operating Officer at Al-Rajhi Bank, Eng. Abdullah bin Saleh\nAlomari. As part of the agreement, Zain KSA will provide connectivity services\nto Al Rajhi Bank\u2019s sites across the Kingdom, through its 4G and 5G networks as\nwell as its fiber-optics network, to ensure the provision of highly efficient\nand reliable services that would improve the experience of Al Rajhi Bank\ncustomers and support the bank\u2019s operational strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Commenting on the agreement, Zain\nKSA\u2019s Chief Business and Wholesale Officer, Eng.
