We are constantly working to add new\ndestinations that meet our passengers\u2019 travel needs, create new markets,\nprovide competitive options, and offer an opportunity to learn about multiple\ncultures. In parallel, we constantly work to advance our facilities and\nservices, to fulfill our ultimate goal of attaining a high customer\nsatisfaction rate.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Al-Mohanna emphasized that winning the Most Improved\nAirline in the Middle East award, which reflects an airline&#8217;s quality\nimprovement, indicates flynas\u2019 advanced services level, endorses the brand\u2019s\nposition, and demonstrates its tireless efforts to improve its services and\ndevelop its work environment to continue to underline new achievements.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al-Mohanna also highlighted the new destinations launched by\nflynas this summer, which include 10 seasonal destinations, in addition to\nother destinations in the flynas network throughout the year. The new seasonal\ndestinations include Kiev, Lviv, Salzburg, Tirana, Sarajevo, Baku, Tbilisi,\nBatumi, Hurghada, and Sharm El Sheikh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is worth noting that flynas welcomed its 20<sup>th<\/sup>\nAirbus A320neo airliner in July as part of its SAR 32-billion-deal with Airbus\nin 2017 to purchase 120 A320neo aircraft. The fleet expansion will allow flynas\nto bring its guests a world-class travel experience and enhance its capacity to\naccommodate the growing demand and fulfill its geographic expansion strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201cSkytrax\u201d award is a global standard for excellence\namongst airlines and the\nworld\u2019s largest, annual airline passenger satisfaction survey. The winners are\nselected based on votes and surveys conducted by Skytrax over a 10-month period\nto rate quality and standards across 41 key performance indicators related to\nservices and products offered by airlines.
