October 15th (Manama, Bahrain) \u2013 The Kingdom of Bahrain is set to host the fifth edition of Cityscape Bahrain from 24\u201328 November 2026 at Exhibition World Bahrain, organized by \u201cinD\u201d Group, a group specializing in major exhibitions and events, with the support of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). The Kingdom\u2019s largest real estate event will bring together leading investors and those seeking distinctive real estate opportunities aligned with the latest trends in the sector. Ebrahim Mohamed Abul, Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, said RERA continues to partner in organizing Cityscape Bahrain, a leading real estate event that attracts prominent investors and those seeking promising opportunities in the sector. He noted that the partnership builds on the success achieved across previous editions as Cityscape Bahrain enters its fifth edition, reflecting its established position and its role in supporting the vitality of Bahrain\u2019s real estate sector and strengthening its investment appeal.
\nAlexander Heuff, Group Director of Cityscape, said the exhibition continues to grow in step with the development of Bahrain\u2019s real estate sector. He noted that the fifth edition will deliver a more interactive experience that is closely aligned with visitors\u2019 interests, showcasing a broad range of real estate projects and prospects that reflect the latest urban development trends. The event will also highlight property ownership opportunities available to non-Bahrainis and the possibility for eligible applicants to apply for Bahrain\u2019s Golden Residency.
\nOver five days, visitors will be able to explore a diverse range of modern real estate developments, including residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. Cityscape Bahrain will also take place alongside Jewellery Arabia and Scent Arabia, offering visitors to Exhibition World Bahrain an integrated experience spanning real estate, jewellery and fragrances under one roof.
\nThe 2026 edition will mark the launch of the \u201cBahrain PropTech Platform\u201d, a dedicated space bringing together PropTech start-ups with investors, developers and companies operating across the real estate sector. The programme will also feature a live competition where participants can present innovative projects and ideas before an audience. In addition, the exhibition will feature a dedicated architecture and interior design pavilion, providing specialist firms and studios with a platform to showcase their latest work and standout projects.
\n“Cityscape Talks” will return from 25\u201328 November, bringing together government representatives and experts from the real estate sector for 25 specialized sessions. The programme will explore key trends shaping the sector, including property ownership, real estate investment, financing and commercial real estate development, alongside a diverse range of topics spanning PropTech, artificial intelligence, sustainability, design and smart homes.
\nCityscape Bahrain 2026 will also host the fourth edition of the \u201cFuture Architects\u201d initiative, in partnership with the American Institute of Architects \u2013 Middle East Chapter and supported by Seef Properties as the official sponsor of architectural initiatives. The programme provides university architecture students with a dedicated space to showcase their ideas and projects before leading architects and real estate developers. Since its launch, the initiative has attracted more than 50 students, featured 30 projects and welcomed an audience of more than 200 attendees.
