Mobily\u2019s participation comes as an extension of its role as a national digital enabler supporting Saudi Vision 2030 aspirations, as the Kingdom continues to emerge as a regional hub for technology investment, where digital infrastructure and economy policy intersect to form an advanced model for digital transformation on the global stage.<\/p>\n
Participating in the \u2018The Human Code: Designing Capability Systems\u2019 panel discussion at \u2018Saudi House\u2019 facilitated by the Ministry of Economy and Planning, Mobily CEO Eng. Nezar Banabeela emphasized how artificial intelligence achieves impact when outcomes are clearly defined, noting how Mobily\u2019s AI-enabled network management deployed during Hajj serves as a practical example of this, where AI was employed to support rapid decision-making, coordinate efforts, and empower a high-performance team.<\/p>\n
Eng. Nezar Banabeela underlined the alignment between insights from discussions at the forum and Mobily’s recently launched strategy, particularly when it came to navigating growth through digital infrastructure. He noted a growing appreciation for the intersection between power generation and investment in critical infrastructure, and its role in enabling the Kingdom to strengthen its position as a regional and global hub for technology investment. Within the same vein, he emphasized the importance of building an \u201cAI culture\u201d inside organizations, noting that Mobily’s 5G network had matched remarkable growth in data traffic with tangible improvement in operational efficiency thanks to AI. He stressed that success begins with people, not technology, by freeing them from repetitive functions to allow them to focus on strategic tasks, equipping talent with the skills to use AI effectively, and attracting highly skilled individuals.<\/p>\n
Also during the session, Mobily\u2019s CEO used the challenge of physical asset verification and their role in driving financial results faced by many large organizations, as example where AI could have positive impact. He said Mobily\u2019s adoption of AI to monitor asset movement in real time, providing more accurate insights, had contributed to notable impact on financial performance, emphasizing that this transformation is the fruit of a corporate culture able to convert ideas into value.<\/p>\n
