\nRiyad Capital, one of the
\nKingdom\u2019s largest asset managers and a leading company in real estate investment, announced the launch of a new residential development fund valued at SAR 1.7 billion, in partnership with Mountain View KSA, to develop the project of \u201cONE Mountain View\u201d a semi-gated residential community in Al Rimal District along Al Thumamah Road.
\nThe project spans an area exceeding 152,000 square meters and includes more than 500 villas offered for sale, providing a modern residential environment that meets the growing demand for family-oriented housing in Riyadh. The development includes expansive green spaces and landscaped areas that enhance quality of life, along with a community center, The Lighthouse, fostering the creation of a cohesive and integrated residential community.
\nThis came during Mountain View KSA\u2019s participation in the Cityscape Global exhibition in Riyadh, in the presence of Eng. Amr Soliman, Founder and Executive Chairman of Mountain View, Dr. Sultan Saleh Al Salem, Founder and Director General of Maya Real Estate Development and Investment, and Eng.
