The venture aims to establish Seoul as a central hub for IoAI development by combining HyperCycle\u2019s revolutionary ledgerless AI infrastructure with Korea\u2019s advanced manufacturing and technological capabilities.<br \/>\nThe agreement includes $250 million in cash investment\u2014$25 million each from HyperCycle UAE and Addeep Inc., plus $200 million from the Korean investor consortium\u2014along with an in-kind contribution valued at $850 million from HyperCycle\u2019s 170,000 Node Factories.
