Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City \u201cMisk City\u201d and Samsung Electronics Saudi Arabia have announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding to enhance and explore cooperation opportunities in smart city technologies, sustainability, and youth empowerment.<\/p>\n
The MoU establishes a framework for mutual collaboration, enabling the two parties to achieve their shared goals of exchanging experiences and knowledge, introducing advanced technologies, and developing local talent.<\/p>\n
The memorandum was signed by Mr. David Henry, CEO of Misk City , and Mr. Hendrik Lee, President of Samsung Electronics Saudi Arabia, during the Misk Global Forum held at \u201cMalfa\u201d hall the newest premier event destination in heart of Misk City.<\/p>\n
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Henry praised the strategic partnership with Samsung Electronics Saudi Arabia, stating: \u201cSigning this memorandum of understanding represents an important step in line with Misk City\u2019s strategic vision, which is to create an integrated system that supports innovation and creativity among Saudi youth.” He emphasized the significance of collaborating closely with Samsung to build a vibrant, innovative environment that sets a unique standard for smart cities.<\/p>\n
On his part, Mr. Hendrik Lee, President of Samsung Electronics Saudi Arabia, expressed his pride in the partnership, emphasizing its potential to advance global innovation. The collaborative efforts will also focus on creating specialized training programs to develop the foundational skills of Saudi youth, aiming to elevate their smart city experiences. These programs will later be hosted and presented in Misk City.<\/p>\n
Samsung Electronics Saudi Arabia is considering establishing a showroom and an interactive experience center in Misk City to showcase the latest AI-powered and smart technologies. This center will provide visitors with comprehensive experiences and a better understanding of future innovations, including concepts for smart homes and offices.<\/p>\n
